Everything you need to know about the apartment

Welcome to Apollo n°3!

Check-in time is from 16:00 onwards.

Access Code

Your personal door code will be sent to you by message the day before arrival. This code opens both the building entrance and the apartment door via keypad — no physical keys needed.

Parking

You have 1 free parking space on the premises. The parking area is secured by an electric gate. Use the gate button on this app or the code provided to open it. Please park in the designated spot only.

Finding the Apartment

  1. Enter through the building main entrance at Chemin de Pra Michaud 29.
  2. Apollo n°3 is on the ground floor — no stairs or elevator needed.
  3. The apartment also has a private entrance accessible directly from the terrace/garden side.

On Arrival

  • Welcome towels and miniature toiletries are laid out for you.
  • The Wi-Fi network and password are displayed inside the apartment.
  • A ski locker is available in the building for storing your equipment.

Tips

  • The Wi-Fi covers the entire apartment including the terrace.
  • An Ethernet cable is also available near the TV unit for a faster wired connection.
  • If you experience issues, restart the router (white box in the cabinet below the TV). Unplug for 10 seconds, then plug back in. Takes about 2 minutes to reconnect.

House Rules

General

  • No smoking inside. Smoking on the terrace only.
  • Maximum 4 guests (2 in king bed, 2 on sofa bed).
  • Quiet hours: 22:00 – 08:00.
  • Shoes off inside. Shoe rack at the entrance.
  • Pets: ask the owner before booking.

Kitchen

  • Wash dishes or use the dishwasher.
  • Do NOT place hot pans on the countertop (stratified surface). Use the cork trivet or cutting board.
  • Recycling: Separate into general, paper, glass, PET, aluminium. Bins at the building entrance.

Heating

  • Central heating radiator in each room. Set thermostat to 20–22°C.
  • A portable electric radiator is available in the wardrobe for extra warmth.
  • Close windows when heating is on. No air conditioning (mountain climate).

Laundry

  • No washing machine in the apartment. Shared laundry room in the building (ground floor).

Check-out by 11:00

Departure Checklist

  1. Kitchen: Start the dishwasher. Wipe counters. Empty fridge.
  2. Bins: Take rubbish to the building collection point. Separate recycling.
  3. Windows & doors: Close and lock all windows and terrace doors.
  4. Lights: Switch off all lights.
  5. Sofa bed: If used, fold back into sofa, replace cushions.
  6. Towels: Leave in the bathroom.
  7. Ski locker: Remove your equipment.

Access is via keypad — no keys to return. Your code is deactivated after check-out.

Skiing in Verbier

  • Nearest lift: Le Moulin — 2 min walk from the apartment.
  • Verbier ski area: 410 km of runs, part of the 4 Vallées.
  • Ski in/ski out possible when snow covers Le Moulin slopes.

Available at the Médran lift station or online at verbier.ch.

Several shops on Rue de Médran (main street to lifts). Book online for discounts.

Summer
